Our quality management system operates to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and our supplier credentials are augmented by Achilles (FPAL and UVDB), ASME and ISNetworld certifications and memberships.

IVS is also an Emerson Authorized Service Provider for the UK. We can supply all Emerson products including new valves, spares and technology.

Conforming to the highest technical standards

All IVS’s valve testing complies with recognised global technical standards.

• All seat leak testing complies with API 527 and is carried out in accordance with BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013. We can test valves up to 5000psi (345 Bar).
• Safety relief valves are set to Cold Differential Test Pressure (CDTP) on either air, nitrogen or water in accordance with BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013
• Hydrostatic testing for control valves is carried out in accordance with ANSI B16.34 Standards and seat leak testing in accordance with ANSI/FCI 70-2-2013 Standards
• Block valves are fully tested to BS EN 12266-1:2012
